This is really something that I should have done a LONG time ago.

But finally it’s here… a brand new format to share advanced ideas about becoming “stronger” with a community that appreciates creativity and self expression.

My main objective with the creation of this platform is to get closer to the people who deeply enjoy discovering, learning and sharing deeper concepts, philosophies and methods for personal development.  I want to know WHO you are and what draws you to these ideas.

This blog is about YOU and your personal journey in strength.  As such, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to share and participate.  I will either create a forum or add plugins that allow users to personally embed videos or post articles on this site.

The primordial spirit of this blog is to “become the strongest version of ourselves” and support one another on our journeys.

The main categories for discussion are the cultivation of Physical Strength, Physiological Strength, Psychological Strength and Presentable Strength (meaning how we “present” the gift of ourselves to the world).

If you’re familiar with my HulseStrength.com blog and Yo Elliott YouTube Channel please be assured that I will continue to serve my readers and viewers with the best strength training information I can deliver via those formats.

This new platform is an expansion of some of the more creative (out of the box) ideas I’ve briefly shared in the past.  Here I will “take off the gloves” and offer a 100% genuine expression of The “Sorta-Weird” Elliott that you’ve experienced glimpses of in the past. — I will hold nothing back, and I invite the same type of participation from you :)

To be honest Elliot I’m extremely glad that you are so different. I love all things strength and am all about getting bigger, faster, stronger but I, like you, have a nutty side away from the gym. I had a client once tell me I’m both creative and calculated at the same time and I feel that you are just the same. To be able to be a bit of both is what makes the powers that be afraid. Glad to be part of the cause. Keep dishin’ out pure and true content from what you believe and as an extension of who you are. Cheers

I am very excited to see you opening this forum. I think many of your fans/supporters enjoy the way you share your ideas in an intelligent way. You touched me personally when you would be “out of the box” and address strength beyond physical attributes, but instead something that encompasses our whole being. I think very few strength coaches or trainers meld the two so perfectly.

Love all the content and candid talk. Your workouts and explanation of all the science behind it has changed the way I workout and has filtered a change to my wife. She loves going through the workouts that I put her through and it never fails, she always asks me “where did you get that workout?” I would love to tell her I made it up on my own, but I give all the credit to your site and affiliates. Another great idea. Been following your stuff for a long time now, but participating in the Warehouse Gym course, Strengthology 101, along with a few others for the past several months. My area is psychology and i have allways supported that strength and performance comes first and foremost from the mind, the body just follows..
A lot of people’s problems and frustrations regarding their training do not come from a bad program or diet, most of the problems i see come from the crazy lifestyle they are living these days and so much information..
Really looking forward for some of your ideas..

I think its now the perfect time to release , you’re creative or crazy side, because people need to see, so in their time release their own.

It taken a lot of energy, creativity, and strength, to stand up what I been going through to make it, so I think your right on target.
